Hi there! My name is Renee, and I am truly passionate about whole-body health and fitness. My journey hasn’t always been easy—I’ve struggled with weight loss and finding that healthy balance for most of my adult life. Because of this, I deeply understand the challenges we all face: figuring out what to do (and what not to do) when it comes to treating our bodies the right way.

That’s why I created this website. My goal is to give you a one-stop shop for all things health and fitness.

Beyond Health & Fitness
Outside of health and fitness, I have a variety of hobbies that bring me joy. I love crafting, reading, exercising, and dancing. You’ll often find me enjoying playtime and snuggle time with my Mini Australian Shepherd, Enzo, who has a heart as big as his energy! I also enjoy concerts, long rides in my Corvette, traveling, and spending time by the ocean—a place I absolutely love.
