About Me

Hi there! I’m Renee, and I’m truly passionate about whole-body health, fitness, and living a balanced life.

My journey hasn’t always been easy. Like many people, I spent years struggling with weight loss, low energy, and trying to figure out what actually works when it comes to taking care of your body. Especially when it came to healthy weight loss strategies and understanding proper nutrition tips. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel—so much conflicting advice, so many “quick fixes,” and not enough real, sustainable solutions.

My Story

Two years ago, everything changed.

I was diabetic, with an A1C of 11.0.

I was overweight, dealing with constant joint pain, inflammation, and eczema that just wouldn’t go away.

Every day felt heavy—low energy, uncomfortable in my own body, and honestly… frustrated.

Then I made a decision. “…I committed to a sustainable approach focused on better nutrition and consistency.

Not for a quick fix—but for something I could stick to long term.

Slowly, things began to change.
The weight started coming off.
The pain began fading.
My skin started clearing.

Today, my A1C is 5.4.
I’m no longer diabetic—not even pre-diabetic.

I’ve lost 72 pounds.
My inflammation is gone.
Joint pain? Gone.
Eczema flare-ups? Reduced by about 90%.

This didn’t happen overnight—but it did happen.

And that’s exactly why this website exists.

Beyond Health & Fitness

When I’m not focused on health and wellness, I enjoy the things that bring balance and joy to my life.

I love crafting, reading, exercising, dancing, and cooking.
You’ll often find me spending time with my Mini Australian Shepherd, Enzo—full of energy and personality!

I also enjoy concerts, traveling, long rides in my Corvette, and spending time by the ocean—my favorite place to reset and recharge. Most importantly, I truly value spending quality time with family and friends—especially my husband, John.
